The windy city

Chicago Theater

On Friday of last week, I hopped on a short flight to Chicago with my husband and mother-in-law. The purpose of our trip was to participate in the Chicago Marathon (one as a runner and two as spectators). We got to see the Sears (now Willis) Tower, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, the Bean, Buckingham Fountain, Harold Washington Library Center, and the steel waters of Lake Michigan. What a great city! Here are a few photos from our 3-day weekend.
